The Stepcraft Service Hub
STEPCRAFT’s authorised Service Hub is based in the southwest of England and offers our UK customers a servicing and maintenance facility for our CNC machines. Historically, all returns had to be processed through our factory in Germany, but now testing, maintenance and repair can be carried out in the UK, reducing shipping times and costs, lessening customer downtime, and even allowing customers to bring their machines in for repair, if it’s more convenient to do so. There is a display area where we can demonstrate our most popular machines and accessories. Staff will also be on hand to provide pre-sales advice.
